About the artists
Noa Hyman Dror
Born in 1975, a multidisciplinary artist and a graduate of the School of Visual Theater in Jerusalem. Presented in Israel and abroad. winner of first prize at the Fringe Festival in New York 2001 for the performance "Studio" together with Eytan Ronel and Eran Zax. Leave in Hazeva, teaching at Darcca Shitim high school
Rivka Isaacson
Lives in the Arava since 1966. A member of Moshav Ein Yahav, farmer mother, grandmother and artist in her free time.
Dalia Matmon
A multidisciplinary artist, creates with a wide variety of materials and techniques. I was born and lived in Moshav Ein Yahav in the Arava, my work is influenced by the environment; From the concept stage, the choice of materials and the product of the work. I collected garbage I found in the area and turned it into a work of art.
Dr Lisa Krieg
Born in Germany in 1984. She moved to Israel with her family in 2020, to Tzukim in the Arava. As Cultural anthropologist, painter, and writer of speculative fiction, she explores the manifold relationships between humans, nature, and technology in an age of ecological crises.
Celia Yitshak
Celia is an artist and an illustrator. She has exhibited her artwork in many exhibitions in Israel and abroad.
Celia has lived on Moshav Hazeva since 1973 and she teaches drawing and painting at the Central Arava Community Center.
